Prairie Island Disc Golf Course

This fun 18 hole course is great for all skill levels. We hope you enjoy it!

Built in 2020 our course is a 4000ft, 18 hole course. We are hoping to add concrete tee pads and additional course signage in the near future. Stop into our campground store located between holes 5 and 6 where you will find discs, gear, refreshments and information. Hole 1 is located in the at the upriver edge of the campground by the public parking area near the Kiwanis Shelter. Whenever possible stay on paths and open spaces while traversing to your discs. Holes 1-9 and 18 are closed to play during the 3 major summer holidays and during Boats and Bluegrass Music Festival the last weekend of Sept. The course is open the rest of year, including winter when we add additional holes.

The front 9 and the elevated finishing hole 18 reside within the campground proper with holes 10-17 are located in the Kiwanis Shelter Park on the other side of the parking lot by Hole 1. We are very excited to be able to offer disc golf at Prairie Island Campground and look forward to introducing the sport to new folks as well as offer a fun, challenging experience for the disc golf community. It is important and very much appreciated if folks to pick up trash on and around the course if you come across any. There are recycling and trash bins located through out the course. Thank you and enjoy!
