Reservations for the 2026 camping season will go live on January 1, 2026 at 10am. This includes Boats and Bluegrass reserved sites in the RV Electric and Water, Mississippi Camp, and the Latsch Camp. Have a wonderful winter we look forward to seeing you in the spring!

We are looking forward to another camping season by the river! Enter into the community and connect in the outdoors. People who love being active and engaged while being with family and friends will love camping at Prairie Island Campground.

The arts, outdoor recreation, and ecological learning opportunities are at the core of our programming! We are excited about the new (2023) outdoor classroom / gathering space and all that it offers. Keep checking the calendar for the Campfire Concert Series and food truck events, environmental education programming, holiday activities, yoga, and more!
